Directions from Gauteng
Take the N3 South towards Durban. Go straight through the Tugela Toll Plaza. After 10kms you will find the Bergville offramp (exit 230). Go up the ramp and then left towards Ladysmith on the N11. After 4.6kms turn right onto the R600 towards Spioenkop Dam. After 11kms at the bottom of the 2nd steep hill you will find Tugela River Lodge on your left hand side. Allow 3 and half to 4 hours from Jhb.
Directions from Durban
Take the N3 North. After Estcourt, pass the Ultra City, then take the first offramp left to Bergville / Colenso (exit 194). Proceed left on the R74 towards Winterton. Go straight through Winterton. After 1km take the R600 right to Spioenkop Dam / Ladysmith. Proceed straight for 22km. Tugela River Lodge is on your right hand side just before the steep hill. Allow 2 and half hours from Durban.
